3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds (if applicable) are subject to deduction of administrative or third-party costs already incurred.
- Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and is subject to additional charges.
4. Event Changes and Force Majeure
- Any last-minute changes requested by the client may incur additional fees.
- WoWed Events is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, strikes).
- In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or offer alternative solutions.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate event details and ensure timely communication.
- Venue bookings, permits, and third-party service coordination (unless arranged by us) are the client’s responsibility.
- Clients must inform us in advance of any special requirements (e.g., religious customs, accessibility needs).
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of WoWed and Dreamy Events (Pvt) Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
- You may not use our branding, name, or materials for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Testimonials and Media Use
- By submitting testimonials, reviews, or photos from your event, you grant us permission to publish them for promotional purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing).
- We may also take photographs/videos of events for our portfolio or social media, unless the client explicitly opts out beforehand.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to deliver all services with professionalism and care. However, WoWed Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services or site usage.
- In any case, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
9. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website may contain links to other websites or platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.
10. Modifications to the Terms
WoWed and Dreamy Events (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Sri Lanka.
